For Busy Professionals, Gourmet Express answers the eternal question, "What's for dinner?" Mealtime is once again a pleasure when Chef Carol cooks.
How does the service work? First, you complete a detailed food questionnaire stating your likes, dislikes, and nutritional needs. Then, you select a menu and set a date.
Chef Carol grocery shops and arrives at your house with all the ingredients and equipment needed for your special meals. Then, she begins a full day of cooking. She uses only the finest ingredients: lean and tender meats and poultry, fabulous fish, whole grains, vibrant vegetables, the best herbs and seasonings, and healthy oils.Tasty meals are packaged and placed in your refrigerator or freezer.
Finally, Chef Carol tidies up the kitchen and leaves easy reheating instructions.
Wonderful aromas greet you when you walk in the door. You simply savor quality meals prepared to your specifications in the comfort of your own home.

About Me Opening Gourmet Express has been something I had been dreaming about for the past 30 years. I started my training in Washington State in 1975. Choosing to become a Personal Chef was a natural career move for me. I've been cooking for years and each week as I meal plan for my family, the memories come back of my time when I was young. I realized that cooking each day was what would make me happy! As a busy family of four, I enjoy our time as a family together at the table, reflecting on the events of the day. Too many people today don't stop to enjoy the quality time spent around the table. They don't realize that this might be the only time the family stops to connect on the days events. I hope that my love of food and my culinary skills will help your family re-connect over the dinner table.
